Event Planning and Coordination

At Dix.Hite + Partners, I collaborated closely within a two-person marketing team to plan and execute internal and external events that celebrated team culture and communicated the firm’s values. My responsibilities included designing conference booths, coordinating event logistics, and producing branded materials and custom swag. I developed giveaways, team-building activities, and speaker talking points that reinforced the firm’s mission and goals.

Many of these events focused on educating the public about sustainable landscape practices and the use of native plants to support urban wildlife, while also increasing awareness of the landscape architecture profession. I documented each event through photography and content creation, producing social media and blog materials that expanded the firm’s visibility and strengthened community engagement.
